Intel Xeon Platinum 8360Y ES QVM7 36C 2.2Ghz 54MB 270W LGA4189 CPU Processor. Condition is open box and in like new, wor. This is an engineering sample (ES2) version of the Xeon Platinum 8360Y CPU. This CPU works fine on the ASRock Rack SPC621D8 motherboard with BIOS versions 1.20 and 1.23, but not later BIOS versions. As for other motherboards I cannot guarantee compatibility.
