IMPORTANT : This item has an unidentified problem and is not working properly. Intel Xeon Scalable Gold 6139 CPU FCLGA 3647 socket 18 cores 36 threads 2.3GHz, all-core turbo 3.1GHz, one-core turbo 3.7GHz. Got it as used and worked for me for 3 years. Last month it asserts "Thermal throttling" and then "Thermal trip" within one minute of powering up, even though the actual temperature is still way below the junction. I do not have spare time to resolve the problem, after fiddling with it for a while.
