Upon inspection of the device, I noticed small scuffs and scratches around the edges that happen with normal use that do not effect performance (SEE PICTURES). All connectors are in good cosmetic condition. I was able to power on the device with an in-house Server with an 1200W Power supply & GPU (Not Included).

This Processor does not come with "Integrated Graphics", a Graphics Card is required. I was able to run "Intel Processor Diagnostic Tool Application" & "CPU-Z" to confirm both processors are in working condition (SEE PICTURE #11 & #12). This Processor does not come with a CPU Heatsink/Fan. The life of the product cannot be guaranteed.
